Great location near local attractions.

The check-in line was excessively long, and despite pre-registering online, we still had to wait. Our luggage took over two hours to arrive in our room, forcing us to call guest services multiple times. The air conditioning leaked all over the carpet, which they addressed after two hours but the new unit hardly functioned.

Our family enjoyed two nights in a spacious room with a lovely courtyard view. The location is perfect for exploration! Don't miss the Club Room's breakfast buffet—unlimited mimosas and warm cookies made our mornings special. Surprisingly, we found the staff inconsistently friendly.

during my stay, I found it very convenient to explore the nearby attractions like the enchanting Monterey Bay Coastal Trail just a few steps away and the beautiful Old Fisherman's Wharf less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which made my city strolls truly delightful and memorable.

Had an amazing stay! The lobby's vibe is just incredible with those tree lights. Staff was super friendly too! Our room was cozy and had a modern touch. Walking out to the pier was a breeze. just a quick stroll away. Only thing was the restaurant wasn't open during our stay, which was a bummer.

The location was a gem, within a stone's throw to everything fun and local, you could crawl to the warf if you had to. Plus, major points for the spacious room, perfect for strollers, but don't get too comfy cause it's bedtime before you know it.
